£91.31 – £103.62 per day

Smart Education is currently recruiting Teaching Assistants to support Primary schools across Nottingham, working across all year groups from EYFS through to Year 6.
We have a range of opportunities available, including general classroom support, intervention groups and 1:1 pupil support, making this an excellent opportunity for Teaching Assistants who enjoy variety and want to broaden their school experience.
Schools are particularly interested in candidates who can support pupils with additional needs, so SEN experience is beneficial, although strong classroom support experience is equally valued.

Job requirements:
• Experience working with children or young people within a UK school or similar setting
• SEN experience beneficial
• Positive, patient and adaptable approach
• Confident supporting learning and behaviour
• Enhanced Child or Child/Adult DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
• Ability for us to obtain 24 months of recent references
Role responsibilities:
• Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons
• Work with pupils in class, in small groups or 1:1
• Support pupils with SEN where required
• Promote positive behaviour and engagement
• Help create an inclusive learning environment
